Using a Gantt chart to manage our project was the simplest yet most effective tool for ensuring that everything was on schedule and in place. We can effectively arrange our schedule and see what is more important on hands that need to be done by using the Gantt chart. Given that our group project was completed at an early stage due to the short schedule set by our partner, it aided us in determining what was our priority and what needed to be done first and what could wait.

 

Because of the simplicity of the Gann chart, we are able to stick to our scheduled timetable. In one case, we needed to create a precise budget strategy. However, due to a lack of time, we proceeded with purchasing the items before developing a precise budget plan after receiving all of the invoices. Which is also a risk that we took.
