Trust is a value I learned from people management and the MBTI tool. In a team, especially during communication, we must have trust in one another, and the entire team must comprehend confidentiality. Because certain things can and cannot be shared. I am glad that we have shown trust in this service learning project by not doubting any of us in the team in terms of our choice and action on why certain things have to go this way or that. We were able to accomplish this because we were able to communicate well and build on each other's strengths.

Challenges:

One challenge that I experience is that sometimes we do not agree with one another because of certain decisions and perceptions that we have, which can result in a conflict of personalities and choices. At times, it appears like our goals for the team and service learning project are not the same for all of us, particularly me and Joseph, who are both in charge of the project. However, these are unavoidable because conflict is unavoidable in a team. But what is crucial is how we avoid arguing and instead look ahead, far, and overcome this challenge.
