One value I gain from using this tool is accountability as each and every one of us has to be responsible for the component we are in charge of. Accountability is a very important value since it taught me to be accountable for every task that I do and that I am ultimately responsible for my team's performance as the project's assistant leader. It also enable me to get a wide overview of the entire project timeline schedule, which gave us more confidence when we see that everything is on the right track.

Challenges:
​
Tend to stick to what has been planned and not easy to exercise flexibility as we are afraid making one change to the Gann Chart will affect the whole timeline of our project. Because we were afraid that even little adjustments might disrupt the entire program timeline, we were unable to be flexible. This impacted our team dynamic by preventing us from taking bold steps and making decisive decisions.
