Values & Challenges
Value:

Task management teaches me the virtue of determination. When we look at the tool we used, such as work break down structure, it breaks everything down into smaller bits and a more thorough plan, and when we look at it, we tend to feel overwhelmed, lose motivation, and become lazy. However, with dedication, we can quickly overcome this and remind ourselves to trust the process. Furthermore, determination is a value that we can apply to many aspects of our everyday lives, and with determination, we can practically conquer any problems at work or in our personal lives. It enables us to persevere in the face of adversity. It motivates us to keep pushing forward with confidence and without fear till we attain our goal. Because life is never simple, many of us make mistakes when faced with difficulties. But if we work hard enough, we can overcome any obstacle.

Challenges:

As previously stated, the challenge that my team and I face for task management is that after breaking down each task into more detailed pieces, we tend to see that things have become more complicated and there is more to do, which causes us to lose motivation as it does stress us out given the fact that our project timeline was very tight and we had to complete each and every task within a short period of time while also taking our academic aspect into account constantly keeping in contact with our partner organisation on what is going on. However, this challenges was overcome determination.
