It's critical to recognize that everyone is unique and has unique qualities and skill predispositions. Then, based on each team member's skill set, how we handle delicate tasks.

In order to provide ongoing support for the project and direction for the team, people management is described as a set of practices that include the entire process of talent acquisition, talent optimization, and talent retention (Ghosh, 2021).
