MYERS-BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR (MBTI)
We used the MBTI tool for our people management component in our service learning project because we knew how useful it was. We were able to determine each member's traits using this tool, and we can now rely on each other's abilities to develop and execute this service learning project. Most importantly, It allows us to better understand our own communication preferences and how we communicate with others.

Our group can avoid personality clashes by using this MBTI tool. For example, Joseph and Hui Ni are both INFJ, therefore we know their ideologies on particular topics may clash. As a result, Joseph will always collaborate with me, Guan Ru. While Hui Ni will work with Vincent more. This tool also assists us in determining who will be the project's leader and who will undertake which roles after taking into account our experience and abilities.

Our team formulated the leadership by having one extrovert and one introvert as team leaders and assistant leaders. While on the actual event day I was the team leader as I am an extrovert and more to the outgoing side. As for planning, Joseph was the team leader as it matches his traits and abilities.
