Why time management is important to us? 

  • Allows us to organize our tasks into priority lists

  • Ensure that we have enough time to complete each activity

  • Not rushing to finish anything before a deadline, the quality of work improves. 

Concepts: Time Management

Time management is the practice of managing and planning how to allocate our time among various activities. We will find that if we manage our time well, we will be able to finish more activities in less time, even when we are under time constraints and intense pressure (Mindtools, 2022).

 

Establishing and following a task plan helps to alleviate stress. As we cross items off of our "to-do" list, we can see that we are actually progressing. As a result, we won't be as concerned with whether we are succeeding as we would otherwise be.
